Psychological Evaluations

Evaluations may be required to determine treatment needs and to address aggravating or mitigating circumstances, immigration or hardship difficulties, the presence of a psychiatric disorder, and related treatment consideration and recommendations. The assessment may address family dynamics, parents, mental health conditions, and personality characteristics to provide practical and useful recommendations and enhance an individual’s behavior and functioning.

Risk Assessments anger management, violence, and batterer’s assessments): These evaluations may be required to estimate risk and to provide future treatment. Risk assessments may be requested for various reasons, including but not limited to legal proceedings, situations involving domestic or workplace violence, and future family reunification. The evaluations identify factors that drive an individual’s anger and aggression to identify needs with the ultimate goal of providing treatment to reduce future violence.

Mental Health Evaluations, which allows for immediate diagnosis of symptoms or the need for a more specific evaluation.
