Forensic Sexual Evaluation & Treatment (Male & Female)
Psychosexual Evaluations (may include a variety of risk assessments depending on the type of offense.) The Court or attorneys may request a Psychosexual Evaluation before a defendant entering a plea or before the sentencing hearing. Additionally, Psychosexual Evaluations, which include risk assessment, could provide future treatment targets related to their dynamic and static factors. The evaluation focuses on individuals’ sexual interests, thoughts, and attitudes, and behaviors overtimes. The evaluation may determine an individual’s risk or the likelihood of committing a sexual offense.
The treatment provides psychoeducational content and clinical processing to address dynamic factors that increase the likelihood of recidivism.
